Lili Luo

Lili Luo is the President and Creator of TriBeluga.

Prior to founding TriBeluga, Ms. Luo led successful real estate, technology, and marketing businesses in China and worked closely with Chinese state-owned enterprises and multinational corporations.

Outside of her professional life, Ms. Luo is devoted to improving social welfare and making a positive impact on society.

Ms. Luo is on the Founding General Council of a global alliance of charities that span 18 countries. These charities have so far delivered over 50,000 essential surgeries to children in Asia.



Hu Yan Ping

Hu Yan Ping

Professor Hu Yan Ping is a member of TriBeluga's board of advisors. Professor Hu is the founder of DCCI (The Data Center of China Internet), an independent third-party institute focusing on research on internet use in China. Professor Hu has engaged in research on the internet ecosystem in China since 1995.

Before founding DCCI, Professor Hu was in charge of the internet research columns for several major media companies including the Beijing Youth Daily and was the chief editor of Internet Weekly. He also held a director position at the Exchange and Development Center of the Internet Society of China.

Since 2008, he has also been leading development efforts for internet digital products such as Next measure and Admeasure.


Patrick Burt

Patrick Burt

Patrick Burt is a high tech entrepreneur, elected official, and environmental policy leader. He has served on the Palo Alto City Council since 2008 and in 2010 and 2016 he served as mayor of Palo Alto, California. He was the CEO of diverse high tech companies such as Acteron Corporation, Vascular Access Technologies, and TheraDep Technologies Inc. He is also an angel investor and advisor to start-up companies in the materials engineering, clean tech and medical device sectors.
For 20 years he has been an industry leader and expert on industrial environmental policy. He has played a leading role in Palo Alto’s environmental initiatives including the Palo Alto CLEAN wholesale distributed renewable energy plan, Palo Alto’s 2013 achievement of a 100% carbon neutral electricity portfolio, Smart City and Smart Mobility initiatives, and the Palo Alto Sustainability and Climate Action Plan.


Kim Kyong-Hae

Korea Advisor to the President/Creator

Kim Kyong-Hae

Called the ‘father of public relations in Korea,’ Mr. Kim Kyong-Hae founded Korea’s first PR firm, Communications Korea in 1987, on the strength of his wide ranging contacts with Korea business, government and media. Mr. Kim has played a key role in the rapid growth of the Korean PR and communications industry, providing PR consulting and crisis management services to major global clients, Korean government and local business.
He received “The PR Man of the Year Award” in 1994 and 2015. In 1999, the Korean Government bestowed upon Mr. Kim a presidential citation for his contributions for integrating cooperate PR techniques with government sector. In March 2015, Mr. Kim was invited to give a speech at the World Communications Forum in Davos, Switzerland: on “Effective Crisis Communication: The Korean Experience.”
